Tudor Redux

Project Notes:
This project was a collaboration with designer and owner Breanna Doll of BD::DESIGN STUDIO . The scope consisted of a studs out remodel that will prepare the home for the next 100yrs while maintaining period details to keep the historical charm.

Project Highlights:

• Full exterior revamp with new Marvin Ultimate windows, self adhered weather membrane and rainscreen siding details. 

• All electric conversion- mini split heat pump, induction cooking

• Playful designer finishes throughout with numerous custom details.
