This Kirkland spec home underwent a transformation to elevate its bones and bring long-term value to an otherwise standard layout. The original floor plan was preserved for efficiency, while key upgrades focused on material quality and detailing—new millwork, custom cabinetry, and high-performance tile installations added depth and durability. Strategic updates to lighting, plumbing, and finish systems gave the home a refined edge, with selections made for both style and longevity. The result is a thoughtful rework that respects the original structure while making it feel custom-built.
