Born from a joint venture between longtime friends, this home was envisioned as a way to transform a derelict site into something lasting and meaningful. Designed with energy efficiency and long-term flexibility at its core, the home is certified 4-Star Built Green and fully electric, incorporating high-performance systems and sustainable materials to minimize its carbon footprint.

As one of the earlier homes in the region to include an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the lower level, it also embraces smart urban density—offering future owners the flexibility to accommodate evolving needs over time.
